Anoop  Maheshwari , M.D. Pulmonary/Internal Medicine
Dr. Anoop Maheshwari,  has been a practicing Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine for over 20 years.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA)  He received his M.D. degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 1987. He completed Internal Medicine residency at Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, N.Y. His desire to come back to be closer to his family brought him to University of Southern California (USC) to complete his residency in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship program in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.  Dr. Maheshwari is Board Certified in Internal Medicine &  Pulmonary Medicine.  Dr. Maheshwari  who grew up in Corona started his practice in 1993. He has had a highly successful career in medicine and has been in several executive level positions in a number of health care facilities in Southern California. He is currently Chief of Staff at Kindred Hospital of Riverside and sits on various hospital committee’s to improve health care in our community. Dr. Young H. Lee – M.D./Pulmononary/Internal Medicine/Critical Care
Dr Lee Dr. Young H. Lee, M.D. has been a practicing Internal Medicine,  Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care Medicine for over 7 years.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University in Ohio. He received his M.D. degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM) in 1998. He then did  residency in Internal Medicine at Summa Health System affiliated with NEUOCOM. He was then accepted at Northshore Univiersity, Long Island, New York for Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship.  Dr. Lee decided to go back to Ohio to continue his career at various facilities; Robinson Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, St. Thomas Hospital – Summa Health System, and Community Health Center in Akron, OH. Dr. Lee then decided to move  to California in 2007.  Throughout his career, Dr. Lee has been involved in multiple research projects, presentations, and is published in the American College of Chest Physicians Expert Guide to Critical Care.

Meenu Maheshwari – CEO
Meenu has been the CEO of IPS since its inception. She has a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Political Science. She has been working in healthcare for the past 17 years. She began her career in managing the front office of Dr. Anoop Maheshwari’s solo practice and continued to expand her duties and expertise in all areas of the practice from, billing and scheduling to overall operations. She currently handles all business operations and working directly with the doctors at IPS. Meenu

Olga Lamas – Director of Clinical Services
Olga Olga is a California Certified Medical Assistant.  She has 11 years of experience beginning her career with Dr. Anoop Maheshwari. She has a background in front and back office support in the pulmonary, Internal medicine. Olga is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Elizabeth Casas – Medical Assistant
Liz Elizabeth has 7 years of experience as a medical assistant. She started her career at IPS over 7 years ago. She works with patient’s in a very compassionate and professional manner.  Elizabeth is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

James Cohen – IT Manager
James James is the IT Manager and has been working with the Inland Pulmonary Specialists since it’s inception. He has over 16 years of experience in the industry, and has over 12 years of experience with the implementation of electronic medical and health records systems. James has helped to implement many new technologies to further streamline the IPS patient chart management and on-site diagnostic facilities. James currently runs a  technology consulting firm. He specializes in everything from desktop support to advanced network infrastructure design and implementation.
